Create restaurant sign up link

Sign up page is temporarily disabled. We need to create personalized sign up links for restaurants that we accept. The sign up workflow should go like this:

1. Restaurant fills out "request demo" form on our website
2. We approve the request and send a special sign up link to restaurant
3. Restaurant uses sign up link to create account on our website and Stripe
