Problem :-

During the meeting conversation, the speaker is not highlighted.

Expected behaviour :-

The current speaker should be highlighted.
If there are multiple speakers speaking simultaneously, all of them should be highlighted in the left panel.

@visharma-symbl speakers are already highlighted in green. Can you please provide a design or an example image of how you want it to be highlighted?
