[LiveComponent] Stimulus FilePond controller inside Form how to get UploadFile in LiveAction

Hello there, I am new in the UX / Stimulus field, I created simple filepond controller, this controller is used inside LiveComponent form where data-controller is on form tag and data-target on FileType input tag. What I've tried:

1. LiveComponent + custom stimulus controller (filepond) + submitting with a normal controller

• working with duplicate "file" field on rerender, edge case: "If JavaScript removes an element that was originally rendered by the component, that change will be lost: the element will be re-added during the next re-render."
  - workaround hide originally rendered field => is there better solution ?
• UploadedFile available via form data or request->files

2. LiveComponent + custom stimulus controller (filepond) + submitting via a LiveAction =>

• UploadedFile not available via form data or request->files => why it doesn't work the same way as with normal controller?
• without filepond controller UploadedFile is available via $request->files
