As a DAO member or funding member, I want to be able to invite other members so that we can grow the DAO.

@falkonprods We don't have funding member! what you mean by that? we only have voting and non-voting members...anyway this also can be included in Members Component

Smart contract and frontend work. We don't have a frontend design flow for this yet.
