As a DAO member, I want to view proposal details so that I can either vote or see what the final vote was on a proposal.

Acceptance Criteria

should be able to see the description of the proposal
should be able to see the voting options (voting action is separate issue)
should be able to see the final vote if voting is complete

Technical Requirements

UI
Call to smart contract to get description, voting options, expiration date and current voting status.
