site exclusions

the original "onetab" extension has option to exclude a site from the context menu, which is helpful when you want to keep on site open while 'saving for later' the rest tabs. For example a stream I'm moderating I wish to keep open but want to free resources and earmark my other pages for later. I do this for a few sites always but may want to toggle it for another site for one time also.
