Stub to investigate. Seems like there may be a bad join here that doesn't properly consider sites.

You may want to add 'site-id' into the join-condition between 'HTTP-Requests' and 'Content' in 'TS Web Requests' (v04.01). When you published the same (named) workbook to multiple sites in TblSvr, they might show up as duplicates. The Workbook-Url is unique within a site. Without the 'site-id' in the join, you get duplicates.
