Platform:
Win7
Python 3.7.6
(no python 2 installed in system so python3 the same as python command)

  1. Running in cmd in administrator mode:
pip install nbopen

....
Installing collected packages: nbopen
successfully installed nbopen-0.6

  1. Reboot.

  2. Running in cmd in administrator mode:

python -m nbopen.install_win

G:\Anaconda3\python.exe: Error while finding module specification for 'nbopen.install_win' (ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'nbopen')
