Необходимо изучить документацию к VK API(https://dev.vk.com/ru/reference), готовые решения для стека python+django и расширить проект функционалом, забирающим любой объем новостей из группы клуба ТАКТ.
Новости сохранить в текстовый файл в формате JSON.
