Support Rapid Editor

I saw this previous issue #62 but it doesn't seem to work in Rapid for me.

I'm editing in Rapid and want to switch to Overpass or just OpenStreetMap. When I click the plugin, I just get the Chrome settings menu, not the list of maps to switch to, like when I use the iD editor.
