List group search results more cleanly

If you go to groups > list all
and use the search box within the page to search (NOT global search)
the results are listed under categories. This is good in that it gives context to the results.
But it includes EVERY category in existence, including those which don't contain any results.
Better if empty/irrelevant categories were omitted.
