Ubiquitous nonlinearity

This repository contains code and data needed to reproduce the article:

T.J. Clark & Angela Luis "Nonlinearity is ubiquitous in animal population dynamics", accepted for Nature Ecology & Evolution

All analyses were done in R. The data to reproduce the empirical analyses are available in the Data folder, and the code to conduct EDM and statistical analyses are in the Code folder. Please cite the datasets according to the references provided in the Summarized Data and References spreadsheet and corresponding article.
