Multiple ingress hostnames for preview, studio

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
We need to both enable delivery through a CDN, but also monitoring access to the LB directly, for both Studio and Preview.

Describe the solution you'd like
it should be possible to define a list of hostnames for both studio and preview, instead of just a single one. This mirrors the feature of the additional FQDNs for the site mapping entries.

Describe alternatives you've considered
It is possible to create additional ingresses manually or through helm, but that requires additional effort and might lead to discrepancies between the "main" ingress and the additional ones.
