It was discussed that stress tests with MTU 80 and KASAN were disabled because they lead to failure of following tests. The failure reason is unknown.

Meantime, we got a lot of bug reports and fixes in 0.8 and continue to get new bugs #2371 and #2373.

Need to investigate what's the problem with the tests, fix the problems and enable the tests.
