[Feature Request] Add prefix for metrics exposed by Prometheus

Currently, it is not possible to add prefix to the metrics exposed by the server pods. I'd like to add some prefix such as temporal.server_ to distinguish metrics from my other applications.

Describe the solution you'd like

I can set server.metrics.prefix to specify the prefix.
