Currently the template argument narrow_row to the function llk_pack_untilize is not yet implemented on Blackhole (Wormhole support exists).
We need this support for transpose WH to work with "narrow_row" #18522.
This is a use case that appears in Resnet-50, and is the RC for the PCC error on Blackhole #17558.

The test case described in #18522 can be used as an example.
