Hello,

I am suddenly getting the error

Plugin "aws" SDK version (0.14.0) is incompatible. Compatible versions: >= 0.16.0

from my CI when running tflint through pre-commit.

This suddenly appeared today on an entirely unrelated PR.

I don't understand what this error means and nothing shows up when searching on Google. I've performed a full grep on the whole repo looking for \b0.14.0\b and then \b0.16.0\b but absolutely no results show up at all. I have no idea what plugin tflint is talking about nor where these plugins are supposed to come from.

I have not been able to reproduce this error locally, only in the CI.

I have managed to find the source of the issue. It was an indirect version incompatibility. I was using the "aws" plugin version 0.21.1. Updating to 0.37.0 fixed the issue.
The version numbers displayed are not intuitive.

I agree that it's not intuitive, but TFLint has no way of knowing what version of the plugin is using a supported SDK version.
A registry that listed plugins and their SDK versions would solve this issue, but currently none exists.
