grafana error: the same UID is used more than once

What happened?

I regularly see this error in my logs, when deployed using the nixos module. Don't have time to investigate, but suspect something not right.

Expected Behavior

No errors when logged.

Probably related to #3616. But there provisioning was done manually.

Probably something not 100% correct with the nixos grafana provisioning.
