[Enhancement] Custom eases and timings for different operations #22

All the operations use the same ease function (easeQuadInOut) and have the same timing (default 1 sec). This leads to some animations seeming too slow, and some seeming too fast for the current speed. By giving each one a different ease and timing, we can give them more personality.
