[Feature][Operation] Twisting snub antiprisms <-> gyrobicupolae

Description

Implement the twist operation on snub antiprisms so they can be turned into gyrobicupolae and vice versa:

• Snub disphenoid <-> gyrobifastigium
• snub triangular antiprism (icosahedron) <-> triangular gyrobicupola (cuboctahedron)
  • (already implemented)
• snub square antiprism <-> square gyrobicupola

Implementation details

1. Add the proper edges to the operation graph
2. Update the twist operator to work on those additional polyhedra.
