[Feature] Redesign the home page

Instead of a giant home page with all the information and tables at once, make the homepage a splash screen and separate out information:

• Home page should be a splash screen with a rotating model of polyhedra that automatically transform
• The page should have two main links: "Learn" and "Play"
• "Learn" should take you to an Explorable Article with information on each type of polyhedron and operation [Feature] Polyhedra encyclopedia #54
• "Play" should take you to the current front-page content, a table of all the polyhedra that you can play with, or give you the option to pick a random polyhedron
