So, a reference should always link to the end of a chapter? It doesn't matter if it was used in another chapter before. Then, I would add this reference to the literature of the raw-data-processing chapter.

When I build the book locally, “Zappia and Theis, 2021” jumps to the preamble (row 14). I don't have this problem when I build the book with the main. I couldn't find a solution so far!
