For the editor in offline mode, there needs to be an initial Setup window. This happens when there are no languages configured. During this installation window process, files will be downloaded from internet. So a progress bar would also be cool.

perhaps a global flag in main.js to know if it's offline version or not would be the initial starting point for this.
