[Feature]: Improve the connection creation algorithm

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

The algorithm is a bit too restrictive currently. When you do not select enough interests, the algorithm doesn't boost your potential connections enough and you're left with no options. Other chatters can see you but you don't see them.

Describe the solution you'd like

The algorithm probably needs to remove any filters that remove individuals from the connection flow and just de-prioritize them in the list. Seems like there's too much emphasis on interests and not enough on the role.
