Specifying an interface of a docker container to apply tcset on

thank you for this project. I have one question, is it possible to enhance the tool to allow user to select which interface inside a container to apply the tc on?

In network emulation scenarios, containers have more than just eth0 interface, so applying tc to them is a must.

Consider a container named router with interfaces eth0 and eth1 available.
It seems currently it is not possible to use tcconfig to manage tc rules on eth1 interface of a container.
