Is there a way to create a "Blog" type page, but with a different name?

Basically I want to mimic the "Blog" page, but would want to place the contents under the name "Projects". Is there a way I can achieve that?

Also, how do I make it show two blog posts side by side, instead of the default style?

Update: The following screenshot is where I am at right now

Steps taken:

1. Created the branch bundle index page using the command npm run create projects/_index.md
2. Created a leaf bundle page using the command npm run create -- --kind blog projects/example/index.md
3. Set draft: false and added type: blog in the frontmatter of the pages.
4. Added the following code to assets/scss/common/_custom.scss:
