一加ACE 5 pro LKM方式刷入后管理器显示异常

一加ACE 5pro LKM方式刷入后管理器显示未刷入，需要在原有应用基础上覆盖安装一次才能显示，并且重启后会再次复现这种情况，应该是管理器哪里有点问题

一样的问题，全程顺利刷入修补过后的init_boot无报错，LKM模式，但是开机后管理器显示"未安装"。社区中不少人表示覆盖安装管理器即可解决，但是我尝试后依然显示“未安装”。

需要以下两种情况之一的 bugreport：

1. 如果通过各种手段，管理器最终恢复正常，提供 bugreport；（管理器没 root 的情况下，日志不全）
2. 通过 adb 执行 adb bugreport 获取完整日志。

That does not make sense, apk_path_hash_list is already reinitialized at end of search_manager

一加13同样遇到了这样的问题，在覆盖安装后显示正常，但是重启后会又出问题。

但是在我更新系统自带的应用安装器到最新后就正常了，重启也没有问题
