You clearly have no idea what SNES is and what it's specifications are. First and foremost, SNES sound source is controlled by 8-bit Sony SPC-700 CPU running at 1 MHZ. 1, not 100. It's busy with DSP mixing, handling sampleRAM, echo, etc. |

Someone should make a SNES sound driver that uses time division multiplexing to get more channels, for example channel 1 plays the first 4 bits of virtual channel 1 and then the first 4 bits of channel 2, second 4 bits of channel 1 and so on at a 128KHZ rate.
There could be mixing options, eg.
and so on, with a mixing rate slider to reduce the multiplexing rate to save processing power.
