[Docs RFC] Page Up/Down/Pos1/End not working - view stays at end

Navigation on the new docs is quite hard:

1. Page up /page down / Pos1/ End does not work on articles
2. When at the End of an article, I click on another article - the view does not move up again but stays at "Related Content"
3. When clicking on one of the "Related Content" articles, the view stays at related content which is weird.

This makes it very hard and takes a few minutes to realize how to navigate correctly (by scrolling to the top again on each new article.
