Integration with calendar

I was wondering if there is a way to integrate this program with a calendar like the one in Google calendar or Microsoft teams. Generally during meetings I can stand up and get some distance from the computer so there is less need for a break. I also don't accidentally want timer windows showing up if I am screen sharing.

If not, I was wondering if there is another application that might be more appropriate for this use case. I have looked around a bit and haven't found a program that supports this.

I imagine I could write a helper script to kill the timer if a certain application is focused but it would be awesome to have something tightly integrated with the calendar
