orientation problem

Hi, the first image is the reference DICOM, the second image is the NIfTI file I want to convert, and the third image is the DICOM I converted using the command. I don't understand why the orientation is flipped? Thank you!

Hi @TSbme – thanks for raising the issue. Are you able to share the Nifti file(s)?

Adding onto this issue -- it would be great to be able to pass an argument here to direct the slicing. I've got an image that started out with sagittal slices, but is now being sliced coronally, and this is confusing downstream users.

What input orientation does nii2dcm expect?
