Creating any challenge in Direct fails with error message 'Error occurred. Please retry the operation later.'

Steps to reproduce:

1. Login Direct.
2. Fill the required fields to create a challenge in an existing project.
3. When a user submits the challenge form an error message popped up" Error occurred. Please retry the operation later" but the challenge does get created.
4. User found the created challenge under gameplan>list.

Please fix this error message issue.

Not exactly same but timeout issue is reported by @jmgasper

@skyhit it seems ajax timeout. Try to increase the timeout value on https://github.com/appirio-tech/direct-app/blob/dev/src/web/scripts/common.js#L64
But enforce user to wait over than 5' seems bad ux too
