Feature Suggestion / Request: Address bar in the sidebar

Arc browser has its address bar in the sidebar above the Pinned tabs. There is an alternative "arc-like" mod for Vivaldi that also has this feature (here).

Hi, thanks for you suggestion and I could try adding an address input to the sidebar, although there's no guarantee of success😅.

BTW I usually use shortcuts when I need to input an address, which I find it quite convenient as well:

• Cmd + L to toggle search box (Windows Cmd -> Ctrl)
• Cmd + B to toggle address bar (It's a custom shortcut, and you can also change it to a different combination)

Hi everyone! I'm the developer of the "arc-like" mod that @shorobor-field had linked.

I've just released a new version of my mod that has full compatibility with VivalArc. Both mods can now be used together to put the address bar in the sidebar, see my screenshot:
