Android compatibility

Obsidian Android currently does not support this plugin. Are there any plans to make it compatible with the Android version?

@Hosseingsd I am not sure that it's possible to make this directly mobile compatible, at least from the recent research I've done.

If you have any ideas on how to approach a mobile version, I'd really welcome them.

In the interim, I've updated the manifest.json file with isDesktopOnly to true af034cd

This plugin can still be "used on mobile" by generating an MP3 of the narration using the Desktop version of Obsidian in advance (and played back on mobile)
