This enhancement will make the tooltip positioning dynamic based on overflow state:

+    disabled: !isOverflow,
+  };
+  if (isOverflow) {
+    more.nextToCursor = true;
+  }

       ref={ref}
       arrow={false}
       disabled={!isOverflow}
