Link colours in news items and elsewhere should probably be underlined light green #125

I just noticed this again when adding a new news item. The link colours make the links basically unreadable 😢 . Is there a (quick) easy fix for this @benjeffery ?

Interestingly, links on e.g. https://tskit.dev/community/ are fine (underlined green), so this is probably just some missing css (it's the wysiwyg class that seems to set it correctly):

The problem of blue links also occurs e.g. at the bottom of http://127.0.0.1:4000/software/, FWIW:
