explorer.exe crashed and chrome crashed too sometimes when copy and pasting links on more than two mpv windows

As stated from the title, my explorer.exe keeps crashing if I happened to copy and paste links on more than 2 mpv windows. I've tried to remove all of my scripts one by one from the script folder and this points towards menu.dll as the main culprit. Interesting enough, I also used your debug plugin and it doesn't seems to crashed my explorer even though it's made from c. Playing with dyn_menu.conf doesn't seem to fix the issue either. I hope you could fix this issue as it's a very great plugin and would recommend this to others. Do let me know if you need to know about anything else.

PS. enabling mpv's menu implementation in the conf file doesn't seems to do anything and make the menu doesn't show up in mpv.

Interesting note: removing either menu.dll OR dyn_menu.lua doesn't make mpv crashes on this scenario...
