When I try to update I get this error

Can't install ghcr.io/tube0013/amd64-addon-tzb-cc2652-flasher:0.3.4.0: 500 Server Error for http+docker://localhost/v1.47/images/create?tag=0.3.4.0&fromImage=ghcr.io%2Ftube0013%2Famd64-addon-tzb-cc2652-flasher&platform=linux%2Famd64: Internal Server Error ("manifest unknown")

Uninstalled , then tried to reinstall, same error

Refresh the addons from the addon page, and the 0.3.4.1 update should show and will fix this.
