Add "bedrooms" (and maybe "type") field(s) to "apartments" category

Would allow search for apartments of a particular size. A "type" field could allow users to search for leases, subleases, and [purchases / whatever you call buying a home]

It seems like users are starting to associate tags ({1-3}BR / {1-3}BA) for number of bathrooms and bedrooms. Maybe we add that as a special indexing field?
