List Items with Multiple Children

Based on some experimentation, Plate appears to expect the following structure:

• ul
  • li
    • lic
  • li
    • lic

However, some structures (such as images) require blocks to appear as siblings. Which of the following is the preferred structure for this?

Option 1: Fully wrapped in lic:

• ul
  • li
    • lic
      • p
      • img
      • p

Option 2: Unwrapped:

• ul
  • li
    • p
    • img
    • p

We assume at multiples places that the li has at most 2 children: lic and ul, so option 1 would be preferable
