plate-image alignement and options questions, and questions about createXXXPlugin

Hello every one,

I'm discovering Plate and I have tried it a lot this week.
I would need some help to understand something about the plugins.

For example I tried to add an image with the plate-image, and I could not define the alignment of the image or caption.

I read this topic :

and I can see there a toolbar for the image to allow to set the alignment, or have the text on left or right side, or set the alt text.
If I understood it's since version 3.3.0

And in my package.json when I installed Plate :

 "@udecode/plate-image": "^8.3.0",
 "@udecode/plate-image-ui": "^8.3.0",

I just have the image and left and right handlers to resize, but no more.
How to get the toolbars and other options ?

I also see how to override serializeHTML

createImagePlugin({
            serializeHtml: (props, dr) => {
                return <img src={props.element.url} />
            },
        }),

But element has type "any" so it's very difficult to know what we can use after that.
Is there a way here to get the type of the element ?
And is it possible to extend it ? For example if I need to add a specific property on the images in my project, is it possible ?
