How do I find changelogs/information about releases?

Hi all, I was wondering how I can find information about the releases of the latest packages.
I'm aware that there are GItHub releases but there's no version information like with most packages. CHANGELOG.md also links to the releases page..

I didn't find a perfect way that is easy to maintain, for now we have:

• Release changelogs: https://github.com/udecode/plate/pulls?q=is%3Apr+is%3Aclosed+author%3Aapp%2Fgithub-actions
• CHANGELOG.md in each package
• BREAKING_CHANGES.md that I manually update
