Export transforms from all plugins

It would be great if all plugins could export their tranforms (like toggleBold in Bold plugin). Right now it's bit difficult to work with some plugins programatically (call transforms without default toolbar or hotkey).

We already export all the functions, e.g. toggleMark which is used by all the mark plugins.

There is the complete list, a bit too much so we plan to split the package in the next major version.

Thanks, @zbeyens . I'll look into that.

IMO, iIt's still bit difficult to use and require to know about internal workings of slate-plugins. Creating transform exports from each plugin would simplify usage by a lot.

Maybe it would be good to export helpers as well - like isBoldActive(editor) or isBoldDisabled(editor) (when selection is collapsed).
