A typography plugin similar to tiptap

If you don't know what it is you can visit this url here. But basically what it allows you to do is to have some characters be replaced by other more standard and correct characters. I think the following screenshot explains how it works.

I personally found emDash very convenient.

@sepsol Most if not all of these could be done via autoformat.

A good place to start would be to add some rules in https://github.com/udecode/plate/blob/main/docs/src/live/config/autoformatRules.ts . I'm happy to work with you on this if you'd like to contribute to this.

@dylans I just made a draft PR here at #929. I tried covering as many edge cases as I could but there are some known issues that I tried to list that need addressing before being merged. Let me know what you think.
