Description

The link toolbar appears below the floating toolbar when screen sizes prevent it from showing at the bottom of the screen. Can be reproduced on the demo page.

The best solution is probably to hide the floating toolbar when neither the editor nor some element inside the toolbar is focused (the latter case being necessary to support keyboard accessibility).

To control hiding state of the toolbar, you could use hideToolbar option in useFloatingToolbarState.
