Remove mambabuild option

Overview

The mamambuild option is obsolete, as boa has been superseeded by rattler-build.

Solution

I propose to simply remove it, as it won't be useful anymore for the majority of the users.
Unfortunately, using rattler-build is not an option because its recipes are a bit different from the conda recipes.
