Modify generated CWL to call Unity DS provided stage in and stage out Docker images instead of maap-ci-stage-io. Unity DS to provide CWL examples.

Example of STAC that "algorithms" need to produce can be found here:

stage out requires:

where each child element references a stac item:

the stac item contains the temporal metadata and lists as assets the data file and itself
