@mcduffie @mike-gangl Is it okay if we move this ticket to "Future Work", since we are putting the "U-ADS into the Marketplace" on ice for now?

This was mostly completed by @pymonger and @mcduffie before the Christmas break. Deployment and integration was proven to work. There are a few loose ends and rough edges when it comes to un-deployment and procedural documentation. These loose ends will be finished up in one sprint.
