Add workflow wrapping around CommandLine
Add metadata variables (see MAAP example)
Remove application descriptor file
Possibly rename "input" parameter name to match MAAP (need to figure out if breaks modular DAG)
Instruct CWL to run as root, MAAP always uses user 0
input/output should use dictionaries, not Directory as value with implicit type
