Currently the Unity system for onboarding users can use some improvement.
It's basically step 3 here: https://unity-sds.gitbook.io/docs/mdps-overview/project-onboarding-procedure

In the future, we can do something better.
Leverage NAMS system? Use a formal ticketing system? Other approaches?

@ramesh-maddegoda to write a feature / design ticket to put in “Future Work”. Spend only 30 minutes on this only! You are not implementing a solution, you are laying out future direction. It's okay to focus on users/access requests for now, not the whole onboarding process.

Acceptance Criteria:

  • Create one or more new work tickets that defines work needed in the future (not this current sprint/PI)
